Back by popular demand! Monster Jam® -- the world’s premier monster truck series produced by Feld Motor Sports® -- will make a second appearance in Detroit this year at Ford Field onSaturday, March 1 at 7:00 PM!

Headlining the return engagement is none other than the world’s most iconic Monster Jam truck – Grave Digger® driven by creator Dennis Anderson!  And appearing for the first time ever at a Detroit Monster Jam event will be Cleatus driven by Frank Krmel, of Roseville, Michigan, and Captain America driven by Chad Fortune.

Monster Jam events are priced for the whole family and are now on sale with seats starting at $10 for kids and $20 for adults if purchased in advance. All ticket prices increase $2 on the day of the show. Tickets are available at the Ford Field Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, online at www.ticketmaster.com, and by phone at (800) 745-3000.

Monster Truck Fun Facts:
Approximately 12 feet tall and about 12 feet wide, Monster Jam trucks are custom-designed machines that sit atop 66-inch-tall tires and weigh a minimum of 10,000 pounds. Built for short, high-powered bursts of speed, monster trucks generate 1,500 to 2,000 horsepower and are capable of speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Monster trucks can fly up to125 to 130 feet (a distance greater than 14 cars side by side) and up to 35 feet in the air.

Party in the Pits, held from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM just prior to the show gives fans the opportunity to view the trucks up close, meet the drivers and get autographs and pictures. Pit Party passes are priced at $10 and are now available for purchase while supplies last at the Ford Field Box Office or online atwww.ticketmaster.com as an “add on” to a regular admission ticket order.
