It's the Weekend Round Up! Nov 12 & 13
Halloween was just about two weeks ago and now we have just about two weeks till Thanksgiving, many folk have their count down to Christmas already in progress, I personally, am just trying to slow down time. This time year seems like such a whirlwind, sun but crazy. I don't remember it being such a wild ride in years past. Lowe's Build and Grow Kids Clinic
Giving your child the opportunity to say, "I built it!". Bring the kids into any Lowe's store and build a FREE wooden project. Each participant also receives a free apron, goggles, a project themed patch, and a certification of merit upon completion of their project. This Saturday show your kids that science can be fun! Bring them to Lowe's and they can build this science lab! Includes cards with cool experiments they can do at home!

Detroit Institute of Arts Free Second Sundays
Admission to the Detroit Institute of Arts is free on Ford Free Sundays. Sunday, November 13th, museum hours for Sundays are 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sundays are also Family Sundays at the DIA. This Sunday acitivies include drop-in print making, drawing in the galleries, and Native American, songs, stories and performance

Come in this Saturday with your child to make a Silly Scarecrow
Santa's Wonderland
Bass Pro Shops Santa's Wonderland started last weekend. Visitors can get their picture taken with Santa and recieve a free 4x6 print, each weekend children can create a different craft, have fun playing free games, and the 150 visitors each week Monday thru Friday will receive a free Santa Bandz. Santa's Wonderland runs every week November 6 thru December 24.
