Wayne County Parks Halloween Forest Fun Hike

In the spirit of the Halloween season, take a guided night hike to meet some of our "not-so-scary" funny forest-dwellers. These costumed creatures love to tell you about themselves, and can be pretty comical!

Hikes will begin every 30 minutes, please register for one of the starting times and arrive 15 minutes early. Hikes begin on the grounds of Nankin Mills Interpretive Center and last about an hour, so dress for the weather. All ages welcome but the trail is not stroller friendly.

After your hike, you will have the chance to meet some amazing live creatures from around the world during an indoor presentation. In the event of rain, the program will be held indoors at the Nankin Mills Interpretive Center. Co-sponsored by the Friends of Nankin Mills.

Hikes beginning Friday, October 21 at Nankin Mills Interpretive Center at 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm; 7:30 pm. Register for one time spot. All ages welcome. $5.00 per person (adults pay also).
