Detroit Zoo Wild Lights and Valvoline Instant Oil Change
The Detroit Zoo will light up the night with some Wild Lights, a spectacular holiday light display presented by Bank of America. More than two million twinkling LED lights will brighten the evening sky and illuminate buildings, animal sculptures and trees through the front of the Zoo.
Wild Lights guests will take in the lights and sights along a half-mile trail and enjoy holiday entertainment and activities for kids of all ages. Experience the magic of the Detroit Zoo in winter as you take in the lights and the sights with more than five million LED lights that will illuminate trees, buildings and more than 100 animal sculptures throughout the front of the Zoo. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including a craft, carolers, ice carvers and can even write a letter to Santa. The Detroit Zoo also invites guests go on an extraordinary adventure in the Wild Adventure Zone with "The Polar Express 4-D Experience" at the 4-D Theater.
Wild Lights will be held for 24 nights Nov. 22-24, 29-30; Dec. 5-7, 11-14, 18-23 and 26-31 2014. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.
